Role: SAP CAR Test Analyst
Location: Remote

MOI: Video

Responsibilities:

• Participates in functional and technical design reviews to ensure understanding of relevant business processes, technologies, and architectures.
• Creates or modifies test scenarios and test cases that are in alignment with functional requirements.
• Ensures appropriate test data is defined and available in the test environment
• Executes and statuses test cases, including proof of testing.
• Clearly document defects, and retests fixes in a timely manner in required test management tool.
• Effectively communication progress and status to test lead/manager.
• Deliver quality work to meet the needs of application teams and business partners.
• Work in a collaborative project environment with cross-functional teams.
• Assists in driving issues to closure.
• Complete assignments on time in accordance with the priorities identified by the test lead.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience in SAP ECC (plus) and SAP CAR (MUST HAVE) testing.
• Knowledge of SAP inventory management processes such as Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfers, Cycle Counting and Inventory Adjustments.
• Familiarity with tables like MARA, MARD and MAKT.
• Understanding of SAP CAR integrations with SAP ECC, SAP BW and POS systems.
• Hands on knowledge on POSDTA and Inventory Visibility.
• Understanding of IDocs used in data loads and ability to trace data flows from source systems to SAP and downstream apps.
• Knowledge of retail business processes (sales, return, promotions, inventory availability).
• Ability to validate tables using SQL queries.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
• Experience working on projects with multiple teams and resources.
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore model.
• Experience with HP ALM, JIRA, or other test and defect management tools.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate.
• Proactive participation in team environment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Takes pride in delivering quality work to meet the needs of clients and customers.
