Job Title: Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Recruiter to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their national hiring efforts. This fully remote, contract-to-hire position focuses on recruiting high-volume inside sales professionals who assist families in navigating senior living placement options. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and brings a collaborative spirit to the team.

This high-impact role involves full-cycle recruitment and requires a proven ability to source, engage, and hire top sales talent. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and champion a best-in-class candidate experience while helping a mission-driven organization connect with compassionate professionals.

 

Compensation:

• $80,000–$85,000 annual base salary
• Bonus opportunities available

Work Schedule:

• Standard full-time business hours, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Source, screen, and manage the full-cycle recruitment of inside sales professionals focused on senior living services
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
• Continuously develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier passive candidates
• Conduct candidate interviews via Zoom and manage interview scheduling and follow-up
• Own the entire hiring process from initial contact through offer stage
• Document progress, communication, and outcomes in the applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters)
• Deliver consistent, timely communication to candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth experience
• Adhere to established recruiting workflows while identifying areas for process improvement 

Qualifications and Skills for the Recruiter:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5+ years of successful full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on high-volume sales hiring
• Experience recruiting for call center or inside sales roles highly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting hiring goals and managing recruitment pipelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and remote work environment
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters preferred)
• Team-oriented mindset with a flexible and upbeat attitude
