Duties : Plan, initiate, and manage IT roadmap. Lead, guide and facilitate the work of developers for the Sterling Order Management OMS product. Support Order Management programs and capability delivery from concept to finished solution. Responsible for defining and prioritizing team backlog to address product priorities while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity. Manage product and be measured on its success, which includes overseeing inventory management, order orchestration, reverse logistics, customer notifications, and contact center functionalities. Hold OMS functional knowledge, corresponding technology landscape, analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach, both from a business perspective and the technical side, and be able to work with between the business and IT. Leads requirements gathering effort to create epics/user stories/acceptance criteria- consulting with Product Management, Business Stakeholders, Legal, IT, and others to understand the business value, rules, and challenges. Assess impacts of changes, manages dependencies, and ensure conceptual/technical integrity. Translate product roadmap into a product backlog and effectively communicate strategy to meet both customer and business goals.

Requirements : Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive experience in a related occupation
Must include some experience in each of the following: Managing IT projects involving retail and ecommerce; Working with OMS Products (IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, Blue Yonder, and Kibo Commerce); Using Omni Channel Technology to create and prioritize requirements to lead development team through delivery, including Inventory management, omnichannel fulfillment, order orchestration, global inventory visibility, distributed order management, customer center applications, BOPIS (Buy Online, Pickup In-Store), ship-from-store, same-day delivery, returns processing, sales analytics network reporting, order tracking, tax integrations, customer notifications, promotional activities, implementation of Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) , Loyalty Programs Integration; Working with Point-of-Sale systems (POS), Payment (PLCC, 3rd Party, and Reward Dollars), and Retail Merchandising Systems (RMS); and Using and configuring the following methodologies and tools: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.
