Job Description

Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all facets of the Operations Department and its employees. The Operations Manager is also responsible for being the subject matter expert as it relates to Software applications used to manage clients. Responsible to ensure that department is following processes, procedures and policies of Oxford Commercial Finance.

Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for compliance of policies and procedures for daily OCF portfolio processes.
• Participate and contribute to Commercial Finance’s Strategic Planning and Budgeting Process for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Manage Collateral and Data Analysts work processes and continued training.
• Assist the Working Capital Managing Director with employee reviews and hiring needs. Manage monthly portfolio reviews and reporting.
• Assist in evaluating new software or tools for efficiency.
• Work with Oxford Bank’s Deposit Operations and Treasury Management Departments
• Work with the Accounting Department on funding new transactions and monthly G/L exports.
• Through technology, build efficiencies within OCF’s software applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Strong lending background/knowledge
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics
• Minimum of 10 years banking, commercial finance and leadership experience


*This position will comply with all BSA compliance laws and regulations including the Bank’s BSA policy and procedures.
