Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative  Machine Design & Tooling Engineer to lead the development of new engineered products and the associated manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, engineering, and project management. If you are passionate about driving innovation and delivering high-quality engineered products, we encourage you to apply and join our collaborative team.

What will you be doing?

  • Design machines, tooling, and fixtures using CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).

  • Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings with GD&T.

  • Incorporate ergonomics, safety, and manufacturability into designs.

  • Apply tool & die knowledge to stamping, forming, and precision tooling solutions.

  • Collaborate with toolmakers, machinists, and automation engineers.

  • Integrate sensors, actuators, pneumatics, and basic automation into designs.

  • Support machine assembly, debugging, and commissioning.

  • Partner with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams on continuous improvement.

Who are You?

  • Prefer a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in the engineering or technical field, at least five plus years of experience in tool engineering, precision stamping, lamination, rolling and slitting, extrusion, reel to reel processing, process automation, and high speed assembly. 
  • Design experience with various materials of construction.
  • Ability to do basic 2D &3D design on Auto Cad, Solid works and/or Fusion 360
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Possess good writing skills.
  • Comfortable running tool shop equipment.
  • Must be computer literate. Excel, Word, Power Point, AutoCad
