Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking two non-permanent Highway Maintenance Worker 2s to join our regional maintenance team in supporting safe and efficient travel across Washington’s highways. These journey-level roles operate a wide variety of equipment and tools to maintain and repair highways and highway structures. The positions perform skilled maintenance tasks to ensure the safe movement of people and commerce and may occasionally lead a crew in the absence of a Highway Maintenance Worker 3. This is an opportunity to contribute to WSDOT’s mission of providing safe, reliable, and cost-effective transportation options that strengthen our communities and economy.
