A Cleaner World is seeking a customer service minded person to join our Home Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest quality and convenience for our customers. This role involves picking up and delivering customers' garments using a company van, contributing to the growth of our business, and expanding our home delivery route. We pride ourselves on our friendly and positive work environment, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of customers' garments using a company-provided van.
• Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Handle physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 20 lbs of clothing repeatedly throughout the day.
• Contribute to business growth by expanding the Chapel Hill route through daily sales and marketing techniques.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience.
• Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred but not required.
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job.
• Positive attitude and a great smile.

Compensation

Hourly rate from $17 per hour plus the opportunity to weekly commission and bonuses.
