**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **Are you a passionate and skilled Registered Dietitian eager to be at the forefront of patient health and recovery? Join our interdisciplinary healthcare team!** You'll provide comprehensive nutrition services and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), seamlessly integrating it with patient medical goals to impact outcomes and empower patients. **You will:** + **Assess & Intervene:** Conduct nutrition assessments for at-risk patients; provide MNT by identifying problems and clarifying causes. + **Plan & Implement:** Develop and implement individualized nutrition intervention plans aligned with medical goals, prescriptions, and self-management training. + **Evaluate & Measure:** Continuously evaluate effectiveness and measure progress of MNT interventions. + **Diet & Menu Planning:** Skillfully plan patient menus and write modified diets. + **Educate & Counsel:** Assess educational needs and provide nutrition counseling for individuals and groups. **Shift:** Days **Student loan repayment program as well as relocation assistance offered!** **Job Requirements** **What You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's Degree with completion of accredited dietetics program. + Completion of a didactic program in dietetics and supervised practice program approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE). + Oregon State Registered Dietitian. **Where You'll Work** At CHI Mercy Health, you'll discover a place where your professional growth is deeply valued within a truly supportive and rewarding environment.
