Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions that turn data into actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data visualization best practices, and hands-on experience with Tableau. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy advanced Tableau dashboards and reports. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Connect Tableau to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud services, etc.). Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to understand reporting needs. Maintain and troubleshoot existing dashboards and reporting tools. Ensure data integrity and validation in all reporting outputs. Create and maintain documentation for dashboards and data models.
