Description Front Desk Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish/English) Location: + Tuesday: Encino, CA + Wednesday: Beverly Hills, CA Job Type: Temporary | Part-Time Job Description: A respected and fast-paced neurosurgeon's office is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Coordinator to cover front desk duties on Tuesday in Encino, CA, and on Wednesday in Beverly Hills, CA. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work in a healthcare environment that values excellence and patient care. The ideal candidate will deliver stellar customer service, manage administrative responsibilities, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. Key Responsibilities: + Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner + Answer and route incoming phone calls, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately + Schedule and confirm patient appointments + Assist with insurance verifications, data entry, and general administrative tasks + Maintain a clean and organized reception area + Liaise with patients and staff, ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish + Handle other duties as assigned to support a smooth workflow Requirements Requirements: + Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory + At least 1-2 years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience, preferably in a medical/healthcare setting + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Familiarity with medical scheduling software is a plus + Professional appearance and demeanor Schedule: + Tuesday, Encino Location: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM + Wednesday, Beverly Hills Location: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Why Join Us?
