Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bilingual French Recruiter to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and supporting managers throughout the recruitment process. This is a remote position with occasional travel required to various sites and international headquarters for training and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for salaried roles, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Advise and support managers on recruitment best practices, helping them to identify and attract top talent.
  • Enhance recruitment strategies by expanding your network, boosting social media presence, and participating in hiring events.
  • Craft compelling and targeted job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with the talent attraction team to implement effective visibility strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality at every recruitment stage.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or recruiting role.
  • Proven success in recruiting for positions throughout the USA.
  • Fluency in English and French, with English being your first language.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.
  • Experience managing recruitment for multiple sites with various salaried positions.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment module of SuccessFactors (SAP) is advantageous.
