Description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team in Frisco, Texas. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by connecting with decision-makers across various industries, including education, government, and legal sectors. This opportunity offers room for growth, with the potential to advance into a Sales Executive role. Responsibilities: - Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to engage decision-makers in school districts, government agencies, and court systems. - Schedule meetings between Sales Executives and potential clients to facilitate deal closures. - Utilize a proactive and strategic approach to identify and secure new leads. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly appointment-setting targets. - Build rapport with stakeholders to create opportunities for long-term partnerships. - Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and appointments in the system. - Partner with Laserfiche to leverage its strong industry reputation in discussions with prospects. - Adapt communication strategies to suit diverse customer profiles and industries. - Stay informed about product offerings and market trends to enhance client interactions. Requirements - Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting roles. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance goals. - Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently and professionally. - Familiarity with lead generation techniques and sales processes. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage client interactions. - Eagerness to grow within the sales field and take on new challenges.
